RONDE is not organised around a centre. It is a framework where each state — wave, image, music, space — only takes shape through the quality of the balance that runs through it. Like a round that does not turn around a fire: it produces the fire through the quality of its own rotation.

Method
The session is liquid — it takes the form of the balance that runs through it.
It is not about finding balance before playing: it is in the act of holding multiple streams simultaneously, letting time flow and catching it at the exact moment it takes shape, that balance is constituted. The round does not turn around a fixed centre — it produces its centre in movement.

The round does not turn around a fire. It produces it through the quality of its own rotation.
In a club or a festival, people dance side by side without meeting. Each in their own bubble, looking elsewhere, body present but presence absent. RONDE Live starts from a simple observation: music has lost something in the way we experience it collectively.
What RONDE Live seeks to restore is the possibility of finding oneself in the same movement — not in an organised way, not choreographed, but through the effect of music played without a safety net, in a single take, with no possibility of correction. When the DJ cannot catch themselves, the crowd knows. They listen differently.
The RONDE session is an act that fully engages the one playing. This engagement is transmitted. It creates a shared attention in the room — a moment when bodies cease to be isolated and become a dancing mass in the literal sense: matter in motion, held together by the same wave.
That is the meaning of Restoration: not a return to something past, but the re-establishment of a bond that the fragmentation of habits had undone. Sound has always brought people together — from bells to sirens, the collective has always formed around the wave. RONDE Live is its conscious practice.
A continuous block. The DJ set occupies an entire slot without interruption — an intention held from start to finish. The room is small or large; the commitment is the same.
Dedicated stage or programming within a festival. The long format — 3 to 4 hours — allows the crowd to constitute itself over time. Balance forms slowly, like the music itself.
A space, a night, total freedom over the programme. Residency format: RONDE takes over a venue and programmes it from A to Z. The crowd is not summoned — it forms.
Each session is conceived for the venue and capacity. No standard formula — a conversation to understand what the space allows.
